After a decade in the Australian Phone System
space a small seed was planted.
It all started over 20 years ago as a small and expanding phone system hardware provider in Melbourne.
Fast becoming one of the countries leading Small Business Phone System sales and support companies, the team at Infiniti Telecommunications saw the head-aches, heart-aches and horror-stories their hardware customers were experiencing at the hands of the traditional Australian Telecommunications service providers.
Not only were these small businesses losing value time and money dealing with these providers, the Infiniti team were experiencing similar issues when trying to deliver great service and support to their own clients.
Everyone, from the small business client to the Infiniti team, were at the mercy of these traditional uncaring carriers.
So after years of frustration, the founders of Infiniti Telecommunications partnered with some of the countries leading service providers to create what has quickly become the go-to provider for SME’s Australia wide.
Although part of the wider ‘Infiniti Family’, the SpringCom team, office and entity has been been built from the ground up with industry leading systems and processes using the extensive experience of our people, who have a combined industry experience of over 120+ years in the telecommunications industry.
